The job of a power amplifier is to deliver clean power to your speakers. When designing your home theater, media room, or whole-house audio system, consider including one or more power amplifiers. These components can have a profoundly positive effect on sound quality that you’ll notice the second you press play.
The OSD-AMP300 is a high current (2-ohm stable) two-channel power amplifier for residential or pro-installation applications. This amp is overload stable and can be used as a remote amplifier or as a single or dual zone amplifier.
The OSD-AMP120 is a high performance 2-channel power amp for powering two pairs of 8-ohm speakers. Customers often use it as a single-zone, rear channel amp for Dolby Surround Sound systems, or to bump up the power of their OSD outdoor speakers.
• 150W per channel into 8 ohm loads with less than 0.2% THD+N
• 235W per channel into 4 ohm loads with less than 0.2% THD+N
• 470W Bridged Mono into 8 ohms with less than 0.2% THD+N
• 50 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohm loads with .02% THD+N
• 60 watts RMS per channel into 4 ohm loads with .02% THD+N
The OSD-AMP200 is a high current 2-channel amp that lets you home run (directly to the back of the amp) two pairs of speakers or four speakers total. Like the AMP300, because it’s high current, you can add up to four pairs of speakers (8 speakers total) with the addition of OSD speakers selectors such as the DSM4.
The OSD-AMP60 is a great compact amp for smaller applications, such as driving a couple of small speakers for your computer or adding a separate zone for your whole house system. The AMP60 has an output of 25 watts per channel and uses an analog chip amplifier intended for simple applications.
• 80W per channel into 8 ohm loads with less than 0.2% THD+N
• 125W per channel into 4 ohm loads with less than 0.2% THD+N
• 200W per channel into 2 ohm loads with less than 0.2%THD+N
• Max Output Power (RMS): 25W X2
The OSD MX1260 is a six zone, 12-channel bridgeable amplifier that eliminates the complexity of wiring up multiple 2-channel amps. This heavy-duty amp can distribute audio to multiple locations throughout the homes and is often used in complex distributed audio systems.
• Bridged Power Output: 80 Watts per channel RMS at 8 ohms (8 ohm minimum)
• Input Sensitivity: 380 mV for full output with all level controls at max.
• Frequency Response: 5 Hz to 72 kHz
• Distortion: .09% THD 20 Hz-20 kHz @ 40W (8 ohm)
• Distortion (Bridged): .30% THD 20 Hz-20 kHz @ 80W (8 ohm)
• Channel Crosstalk: 80 dB
• Signal to Noise Ratio: 95 dB A-weighted
• Rack Mountable
Mono Subwoofer Amplifiers
• Output Power: 250 Watts Peak
• Built-in variable high-cut filter
• Front-mounted Power Meter
• Easily accessible volume control
• Auto Power On/Off
• Low frequency effect input (LFE)
The SMP250 Mono subwoofer amp is 250 watt high-powered amp with a built-in variable high-cut filter. This sub is designed for use with higher wattage passive subwoofers.
• Output Power: 100W Peak
• 40W RMS
• Auto On/Off
• Frequency Response 50 to 150 kHz +/-3dB
• Output Impedance 4-8 ohms
For smaller amp applications, the SMP60 is a table top 100-watt subwoofer amp with built-in crossover network designed to be used with passive subwoofers.
70V Commercial Amplifiers
The PA-90 amp features a 70volt, 100volt, or 8-ohm output plus three microphone input lines and three input line connections that can be connected to signal sources such as radios, iPods, etc. Each input line has an input volume control, and the unit includes overload, over-heating and short-circuit protection.
• 70V/100V Mono Power Output, RMS 500
• Frequency (-1dB): 20Hz-20kHz
• Stereo Output 170W Per Channel Into 8 Ohm Loads
• Internal Constant Voltage Transformers
• Extensive Short Circuit & Overload Protection
A problem-solver for residential and commercial applications, the OSD MTR-500 coverts an 8-ohm amplifier to a 70V/100V amp and allows multiple pairs of speakers to be run to a single amplifier. This unit is ideal for both professional stage or PA applications.
• 70V/100V Mono Power Output, RMS 500W
• Frequency (-1dB): 20Hz-20kHz
• Stereo Output 170W Per Channel Into 8 Ohm Loads
• Internal Constant Voltage Transformers
• Extensive Short Circuit & Overload Protection
The MTR-250 is similar to the MTR 500 but has less wattage capability for smaller applications. The MTR-250 coverts an 8-ohm amplifier to a 70V/100V amp, thus, allowing multiple pairs of 70V speakers to be run to a single amplifier.
• 70V/100V Mono Power Output, RMS 250W
• Frequency (-1dB): 20Hz-20kHz
• Rugged 1U Metal Chassis
• Internal Constant Voltage Transformers
• Extensive Short Circuit & Overload Protection
